Customers with an Innocent account:
Not happy with your goods? We have a 14 working-day returns policy from invoice date. As long as the stock is unopened and in a re-sellable condition we can credit you no questions asked. We do have a $10 return transport fee per carton. We can only accept complete cartons with no items missing in-order to credit. Once stock has been received at our warehouse, we will process a credit note which will be emailed to you and applied against your account. Any damaged or faulty goods will be collected at our expense and exchanged or credited in full.
We can allow the return of unwanted products provided they are exchanged for another product(s) of the same or higher value (full-cartons only). The 14 working-day and transport conditions also apply.
