What's the best way to clean and care for HuskeeCups?

The most hygienic and efficient way to clean HuskeeCup products is to put them through a dishwasher to ensure that they are washed at a minimum temperature and are correctly sanitised.

Yes! HuskeeCup has been designed to be both commercial and home dishwasher friendly, including the cup, lid, seal and saucer.

Is HuskeeCup microwave friendly?

While HuskeeCup products are safe to go in the microwave, we do not recommend repeated use in a microwave. 

HuskeeSteel is made from stainless steel, which is crafted from 91% recycled material and designed for maximum durability - so that it can withstand whatever life throws at it. HuskeeSteel is rust-resistant, odourless, and long-lasting.

White and Black are ceramic lined, Brushed Steel are not.

Is HuskeeSteel BPA Free?

Yes! HuskeeSteel is BPA free.

What colours are HuskeeSteel cups available in?

HuskeeSteel comes in three colours: black, white and brushed steel.

HuskeeSteel needs to be cared for differently than other Huskee ranges.

1. Rinse with warm water to remove any particles or dirt. 
   
   
2. Use a mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth to gently hand wash the cup's interior and exterior. 
   
   
3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to eliminate any soap residue. 
   
   

Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scrub brushes, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the powder-coated finish. Stirring with a metal object ie. a spoon is not recommended as it may damage the ceramic lining. 

Aside from the ‘Brushed Steel’ variation of HuskeeSteel, which is dishwasher safe, we do not recommend putting your HuskeeSteel into the dishwasher.

While safe from a health-perspective, this is due to the powder coating, which may start to fade over time. We want your favourite cup looking great, as long as possible.

Can HuskeeSteel Cups be put in the freezer?

Yes, HuskeeSteel can withstand freezing temperatures so you can pre-chill your cup or cool your beverage fast in the freezer. 

Is HuskeeSteel microwave safe?

No, we do not recommend use of HuskeeSteel in a microwave due to its materiality.

The HuskeeRenew range is made with Tritan™ Renew 50, a BPA-free food-grade plastic that allows for 50% certified recycled plastic to be included into products in this range.

This material has a glass-like appearance, excellent durability, and it is resistant to odour and staining.

Yes, HuskeeRenew cups, Classic Saucers and Stopper Lids are dishwasher safe and resistant to clouding.

Are HuskeeRenew cups for cold of hot drinks?

HuskeeRenew cups are perfect for both hot and cold drinks.

The most hygienic and efficient way to clean HuskeeRenew is to put it through a dishwasher to ensure that they are washed at a minimum temperature and are correctly sanitised.

We advise that there aren’t any sharp objects loosely packed with HuskeeRenew due to the ability of them to potentially damage the surface of the cup.

If you do not have a dishwasher, you can manually clean your HuskeeRenew by using a damp microfibre cloth with a small amount of detergent.
