Holiday Hours and Ordering
It's that time of year again, when the sun comes out and the packaging delivery elves kick into high gear! We wanted to get in early and give you a heads-up on our upcoming Christmas hours so that you can plan ahead.
Our team will be available to help with any queries during this time (with the exception of public holidays) however, to avoid any delays we recommend placing orders as early as possible. See below for all the important details.
Ordering
With the holiday rush, courier companies tend to get slammed, causing possible delays of up to 48 hours. So, keep it stress-free and place your orders at least two business days in advance this December to ensure smooth sailing.
For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, orders need to be placed by 12pm Wednesday 18th of December.
